Clicking on a customer allows us to access the customer’s page:
On the left, you’ll see all the fields entered in the customer's form for quick reference.
If a field is not filled in, expand the section to view empty fields and click 'Add' to fill it in.
Additionally, by clicking on the title of the section, you can hide or display the sections:
In 'Options,' above the customer's name, you can open the form for editing, delete the customer, or enable the display of activities related to linked contacts and branches:
The central view is controlled by the tabs at the top.
Timeline
This allows you to schedule a task or create an interaction record.
In 'Next Steps,' the open tasks for the customer are displayed.
'Full History' lists interaction records, created deals, and linked emails.
'Interactions' lists only interaction records, and you can filter them by type.
Branches
Shows a table with the linked branches.
Contacts
Shows a table with customers (person-type) linked to the company.
Deals
Displays a table of deals created for the company, its contacts, and branches.
If the option to display linked company and contact information in "Options" is not selected, only the customer's deals will appear.
Proposals
Displays a table with information on all proposals linked to the customer's deals.
Documents
Displays a table with information on all documents related to the customer.
Sales
Displays a table with information on all sales linked to the customer’s deals.
Attachments
Here you can upload files related to the customer.
Customer Products
Displays all customer products linked to the customer. The module must be activated to insert these.
