If you have a large product database, you can export it, make the necessary changes in a spreadsheet, and then import it again to update the existing products.
How to export?
Go to the Products page and open the tab containing all items in the database;
Click the gear icon on the right side of the column list;
Select the columns you want to export and make sure to include the Group and ID columns;
Click Tab actions > Export tab.
After exporting the spreadsheet, open the file and make the desired changes.
⚠️ Important: Do not change any information in the ID column, as it will be used to correctly identify and update the existing products.
How to import?
Go to the Products page;
Click Menu > Import products by Excel;
Select the spreadsheet with the applied changes;
Map the corresponding fields and, in the ID column, select the option Detect duplicate for this field;
Click Confirm.
