To eliminate this repetitive work, Ploomes allows you to create personalized email templates with smart fields that automatically adapt to each recipient. This way, you gain both speed and consistency in your communication with clients and partners.
How to create email templates
Go to the Emails module, located at the top right of your screen.
Click on “Menu” and select “Email Templates”.
Define your template settings:
🔴 Template name: Choose an easy-to-identify name.
🟡 Permissions: Define who can use the template — everyone in the company, specific users, or teams.
🟢 Subject: Set the default subject line of the email.
🔵 Content: Write the body of your email. You can include text, images, links, and formatting.
⚫ Smart fields: Insert dynamic fields (such as client name, contact, deal, or user) that will be automatically filled in.
You can also attach files directly to your template.
Once everything is set, click “Save.” Done! Your template will be available whenever you need to send a new email — with just a few clicks.
Using a template when sending an email
When composing a new email, simply click on “Template” and select the desired one. The content will load automatically, including all smart fields and attachments you’ve added.
