The total amount of your monthly Ploomes fee is calculated based on the contracted modules and the number of active users, adhering to the minimum threshold defined at the moment of the contracting.
The user's full name will be used to identify them in Ploomes on various occasions, for example, when they are the owner of a customer inside the account, when it may be displayed in commercial proposals and other documents they generate.
The email address will be used to access Ploomes and may also be displayed in proposals generated by the user. To create a new team, follow the steps below:
Click the Administration module on the left side of the screen;
In the Users section, click the "User Teams" option;
In the new window, click the "New Team" button in the upper right corner.

Setting access levels through user profiles
A profile defines what information a given user has access to within the account. You can create a profile and apply it to multiple users. This means that for each new user created, simply select one of the previously configured profiles to define their access levels.
Ploomes comes with five default profiles. Click one of them to view its permissions in more detail. You can edit a profile's name or permissions by clicking the pencil icon next to it.
To create a new profile, click the blue button in the upper right corner of the screen labeled "New Profile." You can create as many profiles as you like.
