Ploomes is a CRM that can be accessed both via browser and the mobile app. For this reason, users can log in from different devices and locations.

Is it possible to restrict access by IP or specific location?

Currently, it is not possible to configure an access restriction by IP or limit the login to a specific location.

Users who have an account in Ploomes can access the system from any device and/or location, as long as they use their valid credentials.
