When enabling the option in the orders pipeline: "Automatically create a order when a deal is won", it's important to consider the following points:
1 - Make sure the Orders module is active:

Administration > System Modules > Orders > Activate Module
2 - A default orders template is required:
3 - The user who 'won' the deal must have the necessary permissions:
Make sure the user who marked the deal as "won" has permission to view the customer associated with the deal and register new orders.
To configure these permissions, go to:
Administration > User Roles > Role (e.g., Salesperson)
