How to Embed Your External Form on a Web Page

Learn how to get your External Form code in Ploomes and add it to a page on your website.

Written by Ploo

⚠️ The External Forms module is not included in the Ploomes Basic plan. It is an additional module that can be purchased separately.

Ploomes External Forms can be embedded on any page of your website using an embedded code (iframe). Once embedded, the form will appear on the page, and the responses submitted by visitors will be sent directly to Ploomes.

  1. Go to Administration > External Forms.

  2. Find the desired form and copy the code snippet displayed under the option "Copy the following snippet... form on your website."

    Example:

    <iframe src="https://forms.ploomes.com/form/xxxxxxxxx?iframe=true" width="500" height="800" frameborder="0"></iframe>

  3. Open the page file on your website where you want the form to appear, using your website's or hosting platform's code editor.

  4. Paste the form's iframe code in the desired location within the page's code.

  5. Save and publish the page. The form will then be displayed where the code was inserted.
