This feature is available for accounts with an active WhatsApp integration and can be accessed from customer pages that have a valid WhatsApp number in the Telephone field.
How to send the message?
Go to the customer’s profile and navigate to the Timeline section.
To log an interaction, click the WhatsApp icon on the right, type your message, and click Save and send via WhatsApp.
Then, Ploomes will open a new tab in WhatsApp Web (as long as the integration and extension are enabled), with the message ready to be sent. At the same time, the system will automatically record the interaction in the customer’s history.
