What is the tasks module?

The Tasks module is where you can track your next steps, schedule appointments, and check the availability of other users.

How to access it?

To access the Tasks module, click on "Tasks" in the top menu:

Main features

  • Linked tasks: these can be connected to customers and deals, appearing on the timeline as "Open tasks."

  • Personal tasks: with no link to customers or deals, visible only to the users included in the task.

  • Views: calendar (monthly, weekly, or agenda), list, or table with custom filters.

  • Calendar views: filter by Status or Users of the tasks using the "Display" option, Map view based on "Address," and application of custom filters.

  • Integration: available to integrate with Google Calendar or Outlook 365.

  • Completion: completed tasks automatically become interaction records.
