In the Tasks module, you can view activities in different formats and track daily pending items. In this article, you will understand how to identify overdue tasks, interpret the indicator displayed on the calendar, and manage your activities.

What does the number on the calendar mean and how to identify overdue tasks?

In the Tasks module, located on the top right bar, there is an indicator that displays the number of pending tasks with a date equal to or prior to the current date.

A task is considered overdue when its date is prior to the current day and it has not yet been finished. These tasks remain pending until completed and are counted in this indicator.

How to view your tasks

On the Tasks screen, you can view your activities in three formats:

  • Calendar

  • List

  • Table


How to filter tasks

Under the Display option, you can filter tasks by:

  • Finished

  • Open

  • Under your responsibility

  • Under the responsibility of other users

How to finish a task

In List mode, click on the circle icon located to the left of the task to mark it as completed.

When the icon appears with a checkmark, it means the task has been finished.

How to view more task information

To view details such as:

  • Description

  • Participating users

  • Other related information

Click on the line of the desired task:
