Which tasks can be viewed?
Tasks can be classified into two types:
Linked to customer/deal
Personal tasks
Tasks linked to customer/deal
It is possible to view tasks from other users that are linked to a customer or deal, as long as you have permission to access the information of those records.
Personal tasks
Personal tasks can be viewed only by:
The task creator
Users added to the task
Not even the Administrator has access to personal tasks if they are not included as a participant.
How to identify if a task is personal or linked to a customer/deal?
Tasks linked to customer/deal:
Next to the Comments tab, they show the options Customer Data and Activities:
Personal tasks:
They display only the Comments tab and present the option Add customer to task:
