In Ploomes, you can filter products based on their stock status, making it easier to manage and organize your database.

In this example, we will use tags to indicate whether a product is In stock or Unavailable, allowing you to create specific filters and tabs based on this information.

How to create tags?

  • Go to the Products page;

  • Click Menu in the upper right corner;

  • Select Configure product tags;

  • Set the tag name and color, for example: In stock and Unavailable.

Products that are already registered will not be updated automatically. To mark all products as In stock, use the bulk edit feature:

⚠️ Warning: bulk editing is irreversible. Before confirming the change, carefully verify that the displayed data exactly matches the records you want to modify.

  • Click the gear icon next to the tab;

  • Select Bulk edit;

  • Choose the Tags field;

  • Set the Operation to Replace with;

  • Select the value In stock;

  • Confirm the change.

Filtering in-stock products

  • Click New tab;

  • Set the tab name and choose who will be able to view it;

  • Add the following filter:

    • Tags > Equals to > In stock;

  • Click Save.
