In this article, you will see how to add a signature to a user, configure the field in the profile, and use the image URL with an HTML TAG so that it appears correctly in emails sent by Ploomes.
How to create a signature
1. Add the signature field to the user (Administration)
For a user to have a signature, it is first necessary to create the field in the profile:
Go to: Administration > Fields and Forms > Users > Add Field > Create Field
Choose Type: Image
Field Name: Signature
Click Save
2. Insert the user's signature
Access the Administration side menu and select Active Users
Click on the desired user to open the settings
Expand Basic Data > Signature
Click on Add, select the image and copy the URL
If you only want the visual aspect, click Save. It will look like this:
To use the User Signature (as the person responsible for a deal or customer) in an Email, copy only the image URL. It is not necessary to save the image in the Signature field, because if it is saved, the view in the Email will occur as follows:
How to create an HTML TAG
For the signature image to be displayed correctly in the email, it is necessary to add an HTML tag with the following structure:

Step by step:
Access the Administration side menu and select Active Users
Click on the desired user to open the settings
Go to Signature
Click on the Edit button
Paste the HTML code of the image according to the structure above
The image will not remain visible in the Signature field, but it will be displayed correctly in emails sent when using the fields Responsible.Signature or User.Signature, as shown in the example below:
