On the Customers page, you can configure a tab to filter records based on the last activity, such as Last order, Last contact, or Last card. This gives you greater control over your customer database.

How to configure?

Go to the Customers page. As a first example, we will configure a tab to find Companies that have made purchases in the last 6 months, using the Last order field.

First example:

  • Click New tab;

  • Set the tab title and choose who will be able to view it;

  • Add the following filter:

    • Type > Equals to > Company;

  • Add another filter:

    • Last order > Date > Equals to > Relative Date > Last N months > 6;

  • Click Create tab.

You can also configure a tab to identify Companies that have not made a purchase in the last 6 months. To do this, use the same configuration as before and only change the date filter operator:

  • Last order > Date > Different from > Relative Date > Last N months > 6;

As a second example, we will configure a tab to find Companies that have had no contact this year, using the Last contact field.

Second example:

  • Click New tab;

  • Set the tab title and choose who will be able to view it;

  • Add the following filter:

    • Type > Equals to > Company;

  • Add another filter:

    • Last contact > Date > Different from > Relative date > This year;

  • Click Create tab.

As a third example, we will configure a tab to find Contacts who have negotiated this year, using the Last card field.

Third example:

  • Click New tab;

  • Set the tab title and choose who will be able to view it;

  • Add the following filter:

    • Type > Equals to > Person;

  • Add another filter:

    • Last card > Creation date > Equals to > Relative date > This year;

  • Click Create tab.
