Step 1: Accessing the Dashboard
In the main menu, go to the Reports module.
Locate and click on the Reports where you want to insert the chart. If you haven't created one yet, click on New Panel.
Inside the dashboard, click the New Widget button.
Step 2: Initial Settings and Widget Type
Choose the visual: Select the chart type you prefer. For this tutorial, we will use Map. This format is ideal for a territorial overview.
Define the source: In the module selection field, choose Deal.
Aggregation: Set the operator to Count. This will allow the system to count the number of records found.
Step 3: Applying Filters (Optional)
If you want to see only active customers or a specific period, use the Filters section. If you want to see the total database, you can skip this step.
Step 4: Grouping by Region (State)
This is the crucial part for the chart to identify where the customers are located:
Go to the section "Choose how to group the data".
