How to integrate Outlook 365 (Calendar) with Ploomes?

The integration between Outlook 365 and Ploomes allows for automatic calendar synchronization. Whenever a task is created or updated on one of the platforms, it is reflected on the other, ensuring better organization and visibility of activities.

How to perform the integration?

1. Access the calendar in Ploomes

In the screen header in Ploomes, go to the Calendar and click on Menu.

2. Go to task integrations

Select the option Task integrations.

3. Choose Outlook 365

Click on Outlook 365:

And enable the integration:

4. Authorize the connection

Click on Authorize Integration. Next, a window will open for you to access your Outlook 365 account. Grant the necessary permissions.


5. Configure the integration options

In the list presented, choose which Outlook calendar you want to integrate with Ploomes. It is only possible to choose one calendar.

6. Activate the integration

Click on Activate integration. Ploomes will show a notification confirming the synchronization:

What happens after the integration?

From this moment on, whenever you create a task in Ploomes, it will be automatically synchronized with your Outlook calendar with the corresponding details, including date and time.
