Why does no calendar appear in the Outlook integration?

When configuring the integration between Ploomes and Outlook 365, the message “No results found” may appear when selecting the calendar. In this article, you will understand why this happens and how to resolve it.

Why does the message appear?

If the “No results found” message is displayed in the integration settings, it means that Ploomes does not have permission to view any calendars available in your Outlook 365 account.

How to fix it?

To resolve:

  1. Access your calendar settings in Outlook 365.

  2. Check if the viewing and sharing permissions are public.

After adjusting the permissions, return to Ploomes and try to configure the integration again.
