Ploomes allows integration with WhatsApp, making it easier to create contacts, send messages, and schedule tasks within a single workflow.
How to open a conversation?
After completing the WhatsApp integration, when you access a customer’s profile, if they have a valid phone number, an icon will be displayed next to the phone number.
When you click this button, a new tab in WhatsApp Web will open with the conversation started for the customer’s number.
