The integration with Google Calendar allows you to synchronize your tasks between the two platforms, avoiding the need to manage separate calendars. In this article, you will see how to perform the integration and configure the sending of invitations.

Google Calendar helps you be more productive, organized, and connected at home, at work, and practically anywhere. If you already have and use Google Calendar to organize yourself, you won’t need to worry about maintaining two calendars in separate tools.
How to perform the integration?
First step
Inside Ploomes, access the Calendar and click on "Menu":
Now, select the option "Task integrations":
Second step
Click on "Google Calendar" to choose your account to be integrated:
Allow access to your Google Account by clicking "Continue":
Choose the calendar from your Google account that you want to integrate with Ploomes and enable the integration:
To finish, the system will send a completion message, as well as a notification to confirm that the integration is updated:
With the integration enabled:
Tasks created in Ploomes are sent to Google Calendar
Google Calendar events can also be reflected in Ploomes
How to send Google Calendar invitations
You can define who will receive meeting invitations directly through Ploomes. To send the Google Calendar invitation, enable the option:
"Add contacts related to the integration task"
