How to create filters using the name of an inactive user without needing to reactivate them


When we deactivate a user, they are removed from the lists of User-type fields (such as Responsible, Collaborating Users, Users in Tasks...).

If we are trying to find clients that used to belong to an inactive salesperson's portfolio, for example, we need to filter by the responsible person's name instead of just using the "Owner" field.
