When a user is deactivated, they no longer appear in dropdown lists for User-type fields (such as Owner, Colaborating users, and Task users).

If your goal is to locate customers who previously belonged to the portfolio of an inactive sales representative, you must filter by the Owner’s name, rather than using only the Owner field.

How to configure?

  • Go to Customers > Filters > New filter;

  • Select Advanced filter;

  • Add the following filter:

    • Owner > Name > Equals to;

  • Enter the name of the inactive user.

After that, you can click Apply to use the filter or Save if you want to use it again in the future.

You can also filter customers using inactive users as a criterion:

  • Go to Customers > Filters > New filter;

  • Select Advanced filter;

  • Add the following filter:

    • Owner > Inactive > Equals to > Yes;

After that, you can click Apply to use the filter or Save if you want to use it again in the future.
