You can filter customers by specific regions, ensuring greater control and segmentation of your database.
To do this, simply create a filter that searches for customers with a specific ZIP code, allowing you to define geographic areas in a practical and strategic way.
How to create the filter?
As an example, we will use clients located in Downtown Orlando, Florida, whose ZIP code is 32801.
Go to Customers > Filters > New filter.
Simple filter:
To create a simple filter, the ZIP code field must be added to the form. Then, enter the desired ZIP code and click Apply.
Advanced filter:
To create an advanced filter, the ZIP code field does not need to be added to the form. Click Apply or Save if you want to reuse the filter in the future.
