How to resolve it?
If this is your first access after enabling Multi-Factor Authentication with Google Authenticator, it is important to ensure that you followed the setup instructions and registered Ploomes in the app.
If you have tried to enter the PIN and the following message appears:
Close the browser tab and/or clear your browsing data. Then, try to access Ploomes again. The screen to enter the Google Authenticator PIN will be displayed so you can provide a new code:
