How to Configure the Pipeline

In this article, we will learn how to configure a pipeline according to your needs.

How to Create a Pipeline?

To create a new pipeline, just go to your Deals module and access the screen with all the pipelines:


After creating it, we can edit an existing pipeline. Just hover the mouse over it, and a "pencil" icon will appear, indicating the edit option, as shown in the screenshot below:


Editing the Pipeline

Now, about customizations and configurations, they are valid for both an existing pipeline or a newly created one.

You can modify the icon, name, color, and who can view it:


Editing Stages

Following the settings, the screenshot below shows how to edit stages. By filling in the "New Stage" fields, you add a stage to the pipeline.

You can edit the name of the stage after its creation (marked in green).

By dragging, you can change the order of the inserted stages (marked in red).


Within the stages, it is possible to configure pipeline automations and checklists, valid according to the stage where they were added.

Form

It is also possible to create and edit the registration form for a new deal, which is unique to each pipeline. You can edit fields, add fields, create new fields, and change the order of the fields.

Rules

In "Rules," you can determine the settings to define what limitations the pipelines will have.

In this section, we have other relevant settings. By marking them according to your needs, they will form the operational rules for the pipeline.


Within the configuration, it is also possible to customize the naming and color:


Loss Reasons

The loss reasons for deals can also be configured:


The options within the pipeline are located in the upper right corner, where you can:

  • Archive pipeline

  • Duplicate pipeline

  • Delete pipeline
